Dick joined Oliver Wight from his position as Demand Management Lead in EMEA for Zimmer Biomet - a world-leading company in the musculoskeletal healthcare industry. He was responsible for Demand Management and a key player to transfer from S&OP into Oliver Wight's IBP from a Demand Perspective.
